How My Mind Was Drained And My Pockets Were Swollen By The Imp Magician From Hell

By Miles Sunkest

So the other night something happened to me that I am one hundred percent certain that you are not going to believe. If you are one of those skeptics that needs proof for everything, then you've wandered into the wrong part of the Internet. However, if you have an open mind and like to be entertained, keep reading. This all happened on one of those nights that seem like any other night.

A group of buddies just burst in, without knocking, without calling, without any pretense whatsoever. They merely arrived, and informed me I was going with them. My refusal didn't seem to be part of their plan, so I acquiesced.

Outside was a big limo. Why I'll never know. We piled in the back, and drinks were served all around. They told me that we were going to see a special magician that only performed to private audiences, and only by invitation only. Whatever. I had no idea what that meant. We showed up at an abandoned shoe repair shop in some strip mall that had seen better days.

We waltzed in the place, and it was packed with about hundred people. It looked much larger from the inside. Everybody was kind of milling about, chattering mindlessly about this and that. That's when my hold on reality slipped completely into oblivion.

This really creepy guy just appeared from the rafters. He floated down, but we couldn't' see any wires. Then he started making all these objects appear, and vanish, and float around in mid-air. There was no way he was doing any tricks. He was completely real. Then he said some weird words in Latin, or something, and all this money started floating down from the sky. The people went nuts. It kept floating down for what seemed like a long time. Finally it stopped, and he was gone.

The entire ride home, my friends kept smiling and counting there money. I had quite a large wad myself. I kept waiting to wake up from the dream, but so far it's still real. There is more magic to be had, and if you're interested, I think you know where to go. That is all for now. - 30290
